Job Duties
- Run hourly reports to check on progress of picking team to help inform appropriate times to depart trucks
- Ship confirm orders in MANH after trailers have departed
- Prepare and print Bills of Lading (BOLs) for the JB Hunt and Gill Logistics teams
- Coordinate courier pickups and track courier deliveries
- Communicate courier departures to the facilities
- Maintain copies of all placards for all facilities
- Generate new placards when needed
- Wave orders and manage pick tickets
- Report on line volume and total oLPNs
- Ensure overall success of the department by helping do whatever is needed to support leadership
- Prepare receiving documents such as ASNs
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule live-unloads or establish receiving appointments
- Support warehouse departments including Shipping, Receiving, or Production
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on department support
