Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Previous experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or related role (agriculture or food industry experience preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles (preferred)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
Job Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and inventory management software
- Excellent communication skills for coordination across teams and vendors
Job Duties
- Coordinate daily fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for markets, wholesale clients, and direct-to-consumer deliveries
- Manage inventory tracking systems to ensure accurate stock counts and timely product replenishment
- Schedule and oversee delivery routes, ensuring products arrive fresh and on time
- Maintain quality control standards for all outgoing products
- Prepare and maintain fulfillment and logistics records, including delivery logs, order reports, and inventory summaries
- Support on-site at markets or events as needed, ensuring smooth setup, breakdown, and restocking
- Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines, transportation regulations, and internal procedures
