Job Requirements
- Ability to be MHEO certified and operate material handling equipment safely
- Willingness to keep work area clean
- Inclusive approach to forge strong relationships and foster collaboration
- Ability to adopt and follow safety procedures quickly
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
- Basic proficiency in English for verbal and written communication
- Meet the physical demands of lifting and standing for extended periods
- Pass a drug screen
- Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shifts if full-time
- Wear safety composite shoes
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- Three or more months of related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent training, education, and experience
- Ability to pass a drug screening test
- Ability to work additional overtime hours if hired full-time
- Capability to lift, push, or pull merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Job Duties
- Manually load trucks with products for delivery
- Lift, lower, and carry products in a fast-paced environment
- Stack empty pallets and maintain a safe and clean workspace
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and promote a safety culture
- Operate material handling equipment safely after MHEO certification
- Collaborate inclusively with colleagues and customers to resolve issues
- Adapt quickly to seasonal temperature variations in the warehouse
