Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift including overtime as required
- must wear safety composite shoes
- ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
- ability to be MHEO certified and operate necessary material handling equipment safely
- willingness to keep work area clean
- ability to quickly adopt safety procedures and ensure safe work practices
Job Qualifications
- Three or more months of related warehouse experience or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
- ability to pass a drug screen
- ability to lift, push, or pull equipment or merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds
- basic English language skills including verbal and written communication
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
Job Duties
- Manually load trucks with products for delivery to customers
- lift, lower, and carry products in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- stack empty pallets
- maintain a clean and safe workspace
- ensure adherence to safety procedures and embrace safety culture
- operate material handling equipment safely with MHEO certification
- collaborate inclusively with colleagues and customers to resolve issues
