- Ability to be MHEO certified and safely operate necessary material handling equipment as required
- Willingness to maintain a clean work area

- Quick adoption of safety procedures and safe work practices
- Capacity to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes
- Basic English skills for verbal and written communication
Job Qualifications
- Three or more months of related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent combination of training, education and experience
- Ability to pass a legally permissible drug screen
- Ability to work additional hours and overtime as needed for full-time associates
- Ability to lift, push or pull merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand for 100 percent of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred
Job Duties
- Manually load trucks with products to be delivered to customers
- Lift, lower and carry products safely in a fast-paced environment
- Stack empty pallets and maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a safety culture
- Operate material handling equipment if certified
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues
- Adapt to seasonal temperature variations in the warehouse
