Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 years of experience in warehouse or material handling preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems a plus
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or production areas
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
  • Prepare materials for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or warehouse management systems
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding material needs and issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and production operations
