Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years of experience in warehouse or material handling preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems a plus
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or production areas
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Prepare materials for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding material needs and issues
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and production operations
