Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations
  • Ability to legally work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship
  • Willingness to work onsite at Technical Services Center, San Antonio, TX
  • Availability to occasionally work overtime and Saturdays
  • Compliance with company policies and security standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment including receiving, shipping, and cycle counting
  • Experience solving problems with internal departments and teams
  • Experience working with external customers and suppliers
  • Familiarity with quality and continuous improvement tools
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Duties

  • Receiving, transferring, picking, packing, labeling and shipping of Spare Parts and Finished Goods for Medical Devices
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records in Oracle throughout the receiving, processing, and shipment of goods
  • Collaborating with buyers, planners, accounts payables, and customers to research and provide updates on shipments
  • Supporting a safe and clean working environment
  • Rotating through and learning the tasks in all areas of the Warehouse
  • Performing duties in compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards
  • Occasionally working overtime and Saturday hours as needed
