Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations
- Ability to legally work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship
- Willingness to work onsite at Technical Services Center, San Antonio, TX
- Availability to occasionally work overtime and Saturdays
- Compliance with company policies and security standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment including receiving, shipping, and cycle counting
- Experience solving problems with internal departments and teams
- Experience working with external customers and suppliers
- Familiarity with quality and continuous improvement tools
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Job Duties
- Receiving, transferring, picking, packing, labeling and shipping of Spare Parts and Finished Goods for Medical Devices
- Maintaining accurate inventory records in Oracle throughout the receiving, processing, and shipment of goods
- Collaborating with buyers, planners, accounts payables, and customers to research and provide updates on shipments
- Supporting a safe and clean working environment
- Rotating through and learning the tasks in all areas of the Warehouse
- Performing duties in compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards
- Occasionally working overtime and Saturday hours as needed
