Job Requirements
- Ability to be MHEO certified and safely operate necessary material handling equipment
- willingness to maintain a clean work area
- ability to follow and adopt safety procedures quickly
- ability to work in warehouse environments with seasonal temperature fluctuations
- basic verbal and written English language skills
- must wear safety composite shoes
- ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
Job Qualifications
- Three plus months of related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
- ability to pass a legally permissible drug screen
- ability to work additional overtime hours if hired full-time
- ability to lift, push or pull equipment or merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds
- must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
Job Duties
- Manually load trucks with products for delivery
- lift, lower and carry products in a fast-paced environment
- stack empty pallets and maintain a safe and clean workspace
- ensure adherence to safety procedures and promote a culture of safety
- collaborate with colleagues to foster inclusive and effective teamwork
- operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently when certified
- adapt to working conditions with seasonal temperature changes
