Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with several years of experience
- 8-12 years of progressive warehouse, logistics, and inventory management experience
- Experience in medical device or regulatory environment preferred
- Strong inventory control expertise
- ERP proficiency, NetSuite preferred
- Experience with Lean, Kanban, 5S, and material flow optimization
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects and meet deadlines
- Forklift certification preferred
- Very strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to perform physical labor such as lifting up to 50 lbs and operating warehouse equipment

- Organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Job Duties
- Hire, train, supervise, motivate, and develop warehouse staff
- create sustainable organizational structure for scale-up and cross-training
- Provide coaching, recognition, and performance feedback
- Promote a transparent and positive team culture
- Ensure strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Manage all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and materials flow
- Maintain strict inventory accuracy across all locations
- Execute daily cycle counts and physical inventories
- Champion 5S, Lean, Kanban, and standardized work practices
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of warehouse processes
- Ensure accurate and timely shipments
- Enforce safety practices and OSHA compliance
- Manage domestic and international shipments
- Ensure on-time shipping of revenue-generating instruments
- Oversee international logistics and compliance
- Select and manage carriers and logistics partners
- Oversee freight consolidation
- Manage reverse logistics including returns and recycling
- Ensure ERP/WMS data accuracy
- Maintain warehouse performance metrics and deliver KPI reports
- Lead resource planning and capacity analysis
- Implement corrective actions for logistical issues
- Act as warehouse liaison for product quality assurance during shipment
