Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of logistics management experience
- 5-10 years total experience in logistics or business administration
- Proven leadership managing warehouse operations and teams
- Experience in a 3PL environment
- Knowledge of material handling, warehouse operations, and transportation systems
- Proficiency in automated inventory control and warehouse management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Team player who holds self and others accountable
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, logistics, warehousing/distribution, or business administration
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics management and 5-10 years total in logistics or business administration
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing warehouse operations and teams
- Proven experience working in a 3PL environment, with understanding of multi-client operations and service-level agreements
- Strong knowledge of material handling, warehouse operations, and transportation systems
- Proficiency in automated inventory control and warehouse management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with diverse teams and customer groups
- Professional appearance and attitude, with the ability to represent the company appropriately
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player while holding self and others accountable for results
Job Duties
- Develop and implement operational targets and plans aligned with branch and departmental objectives
- Direct the efficient and cost-effective layout, organization, and operation of the warehouse
- Manage inbound activities including receipt, storage, inventory control, and claims resolution
- Oversee outbound activities including order fulfillment, pick/pack operations, stock replenishment, and shipping
- Administer inventory management, productivity, accuracy, and loss prevention to meet customer requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain the security of personnel, equipment, and facilities
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve high performance, accountability, and engagement
