Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in warehouse team supervision
  • Ability to operate forklifts and reach trucks helpful
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • Availability to work overnight shifts from Sunday through Thursday
  • Commitment to safety and operational excellence

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated success in warehouse team supervision
  • Equipment experience including forklift and reach truck helpful
  • Understanding of warehouse systems and key performance indicators
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively during overnight shifts

Job Duties

  • Manage all overnight warehouse functions including incoming shipments, inventory movement, packaging, returns, and outbound logistics
  • Build and lead a team focused on accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational safety
  • Track and improve warehouse performance using metrics and warehouse management systems
  • Oversee safety compliance and ensure all operations meet company standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline logistical processes
  • Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance productivity
  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies for timely resolution
