Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Basic English language skills
- Must be able to work additional hours including overtime as needed
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry up to 70 pounds by hand
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Prior warehouse experience or applicable experience such as fast-food using headsets, stockroom work, racking systems, customer service, or package handling
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to adopt safety procedures quickly
- Capability to work collaboratively and inclusively with colleagues and customers
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
- Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prepare work areas for next shift
- Select products, pull and pack totes, cut cases of merchandise, and stock product
- Move full totes and cases onto conveyor belts while adhering to safety procedures
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties including sanitizing restrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, cleaning windows, and removing trash
- Ensure safe work practices and promote safety culture
- Transition between roles as needed to support team and business needs
