Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to a maximum of 70 pounds by hand
- ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- must wear safety composite shoes
- must be at least 18 years old
- if hired full-time, ability to work additional overtime hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- prior warehouse or applicable experience such as stockroom, package handling, or customer service is a plus
- ability to adopt safety procedures quickly
- inclusive approach to teamwork and collaboration
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
- scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prepare the work area for the next shift
- select product, pull, and pack totes, cut cases of merchandise, and stock product
- move full totes and cases onto conveyor belts while adhering to safety procedures
- perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties including cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, dusting furniture, cleaning windows, and removing trash
- ensure safe work practices and embrace the company safety culture
- adapt to different warehouse roles as needed
