Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for tasks
- Ability to understand and adhere to job requirements and safety guidelines
- Basic English verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work additional overtime hours if hired full-time
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry up to 70 pounds by hand
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Prior warehouse or related experience including fast-food with headset use, stockroom, working with racking systems, customer service, package handling
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to adopt safety procedures and ensure safe work practices
- Inclusive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and customers
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
- Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prep work area for the next shift
- Select product, pull and pack totes, cut cases of merchandise, and stock products
- Move full totes and cases onto a conveyor belt while adhering to safety procedures
- Perform general cleaning and custodial maintenance duties inside and outside the facility
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, vacuum, remove carpet spots, sweep and mop floors
- Clean and dust furniture, windows, and collect and remove trash while maintaining safety standards
