Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry up to 70 pounds by hand
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift if hired full-time
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Prior warehouse experience or applicable experience such as stockroom work, fast-food with headset use, package handling, or customer service
- Basic arithmetic and English language skills
- Ability to work full-time hours with possible overtime as required
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to adopt and follow safety protocols
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
- Restock shelves by scanning labels, cutting boxes, and prepping the work area
- Select product, pull and pack totes, cut cases of merchandise, and move full totes and cases onto conveyor belts
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties including cleaning restrooms, vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting furniture, cleaning windows, and removing trash
- Adhere to safety procedures and promote a safe work environment
- Flexibly perform tasks in various roles such as order picker, restocker, bulk selector, and custodian as needed
- Collaborate with team members to maintain productivity and quality standards
