Job Requirements
- High school certification or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Food/beverage manufacturing experience preferred
- Capable of reading and writing job instructions in specified language(s)
- Ability to work under deadline pressure
- Organized and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic operation of powered industrial trucks
- Forklift certification by approved trainer
- Ability to identify and resolve operational issues
- Familiar with warehouse management software
- Proficient in SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Able to analyze data and optimize production parameters
- Participation in safety audits and inspections
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends
- Willingness to work overtime as scheduled
- Able to maintain a safe working environment
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated basic operation of powered industrial trucks
- Forklift certified by approved Refresco trainer
- Problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve operational issues
- Familiarity with warehouse management software for inventory and logistics tracking
- Proficient in SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze data and process parameters to optimize production
- Participation in safety audits and inspections to ensure a safe working environment
Job Duties
- Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Responsible for adhering to food quality and food safety guidelines per Refresco, Customer and governing bodies (e.g., SQF) standards
- Establish priorities and direct loading workforce to satisfy customer demands
- Plan and execute logistic needs with trucking firms to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of shipments while minimizing freight cost
- Implement and enforce processes aimed at creating maximum inventory consistency and accuracy
- Review and resolve operational problems to minimize cost and prevent operational delays
- Manage assigned business metrics/budgets including yield, labor efficiency, and overhead expenses
- Demonstrate leadership to warehouse employees to ensure consistent quality of work
- Maintain effective communication of expectations and goals throughout the warehouse environment
- Ensure compliance to all OSHA and environmental regulatory and corporate standards
- Investigate and identify root causes of any non-compliance
- Accountable for a safe working environment through development of strategies focused on accident reduction and energy and waste minimization
- Oversee effective deployment of human resources throughout the department and ensure correct administration of collective bargaining agreement when applicable
- Backup to Warehouse Supervisor responsibilities as needed
- Perform any other driving activities as directed by leadership
- Clean/maintain work areas throughout the shift
- Represent the company positively at all times
- May have production machine operation duties
