Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders or use lifts for high-reach cleaning tasks
- Manual dexterity to operate cleaning equipment and tools
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Preferred customer service experience
- Preferred one year of similar work experience
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities
- Follow procedures for use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Notify manager concerning need for repairs or additions
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and co-workers
- Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
- Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
- Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas
- Clean interior partition glass, windows, mirrors using appropriate cleaners
- Wash and replace blinds
- Gather and empty trash
- Sweep walks and perform seasonal tasks such as raking leaves, snow removal
- Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas
- Service and supply restrooms
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of floors, walls, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Clean and disinfect equipment, machinery, and workstations
- Operate cleaning tools and equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, and pressure washers
- Remove trash and recyclables and dispose properly
- Follow safety guidelines including use of PPE
- Maintain cleaning logs and report maintenance or safety issues
- Assist with deep cleaning during scheduled shutdowns or special projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, and company sanitation standards
