Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required and on the job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse cleaning or janitorial work is a plus
- Ability to operate industrial cleaning machines safely and efficiently
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Job Duties
- Operate ride-on and walk-behind floor scrubbers and vibrating cleaning machines to clean warehouse floors
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting in designated areas
- Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Follow all safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and operating machinery
- Ensure compliance with company standards for cleanliness and hygiene
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling as needed
- Document cleaning activities and report any hazards or spills promptly
