Job Requirements
- Ability to pass background check
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- commitment to teamwork and reliability
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus but not required
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- good communication skills
- physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Clean the assigned area which could be an aircraft, building, hospital, warehouse, schools, universities, and other facilities
- clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- dust furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds
- empty wastebaskets
- clean windows and restrooms
- complete all assigned cleaning and maintenance tasks
- maintain flexibility to accommodate all cleaning duties assigned
