Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- must be 21 years of age
- valid Class ‘C’ driver’s license or equivalent required by the Department of Transportation
- prior work experience sufficient to work under general supervision
- ability to operate forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles safely
- ability to lift products weighing up to 150 pounds
- willingness to perform physical labor and custodial tasks
- availability to work in variable weather conditions and moderate noise environments
- ability to communicate effectively
- must maintain operator license if required

Job Duties
- load and unload delivery trucks lifting products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds
- handle tires by rolling, destacking, and team lifting for weights over 50 pounds
- designate and organize warehouse stock by product line and physical alignment ensuring space for overflow
- perform periodic facilities maintenance and custodial tasks including cleaning parking lot, loading dock, surrounding areas, and maintaining bathrooms
- compile and submit reports of damaged, outdated stock, over and under shipments, and segregate defective products
- prioritize and pick material to fill orders and stage product for loading
- assist in verifying accuracy of incoming and outgoing products and participate in periodic inventory counts
- operate powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and maintain required licenses
- assist in administrative tasks including handling and preparation of paperwork and daily closing of the warehouse
