Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to lift products weighing up to 150 pounds
- experience or ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
- ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to weather conditions
- physical stamina to perform standing, walking, sitting, and climbing
- basic computer and data entry skills
- willingness to comply with safety regulations
- ability to work collaboratively with team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-1 year of related warehouse experience preferred
- ability to operate powered industrial vehicles safely
- basic data entry skills
- strong verbal communication abilities
- familiarity with inventory management practices
- ability to follow policies and procedures
- physical ability to lift and handle products
Job Duties
- Operate equipment to assist in loading and unloading
- data entry of product number and use of hand-held devices
- assist in warehouse closing procedures and paperwork handling
- compile and submit reports on damaged or outdated stock and over/under shipments
- load and unload delivery trucks handling products up to 50 pounds
- organize warehouse stock ensuring adequate space
- perform routine facility maintenance and housekeeping
- prioritize and pick materials for order fulfillment
- verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing products
- assist in periodic inventory counts
