Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience working with systems, pumps, reading meters, basic Quality Control data and tracking mixing and quality information
- Minimum 1 year of experience performing basic Quality Control tests including sampling and pH tests
- Minimum 1 year of experience simultaneously mixing several tanks and accurately completing related documents
- Ability to perform physical functions such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and other repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience working with systems, pumps, reading meters, basic Quality Control data and tracking mixing and quality information
- Experience performing basic Quality Control tests such as taking samples and performing pH tests
- Experience simultaneously mixing several tanks and accurately completing related documents
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Job Duties
- Review daily production schedules and ensure the raw materials required are available
- Follow process instructions and accurately add raw materials to reactors
- Perform routine observation of product during the process to ensure batch quality and report any out-of-spec raw materials
- Properly clean out reactors
- Operate fork trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps and other material handling equipment to transport raw material and finished product
- Transfer product into various containers including tanks, tank trucks, tote bins, drums
- Perform building and equipment preventative maintenance
- Manage Autonomous Maintenance activities
- Understand and perform Lock/Out, Tag/Out (LOTO)
- Complete paperwork and enter batch information into SAP
- Perform other duties as assigned
