Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- ability to lift and carry objects typically 25 to 50 pounds
- ability to push and pull carts or pallet jacks loaded with materials
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to bend, stoop, squat and reach to retrieve items
- able to climb ladders or stairs and work at heights following safety protocols
- proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks preferred
- manual dexterity for handling small objects and operating machinery
- capability to perform repetitive tasks safely
- stamina and endurance to work in fast-paced environment
- commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines
Job Qualifications
- possess stamina to stand and walk for entire shift
- capable of lifting and moving parts up to 50 pounds and pushing and pulling 300 pounds with mechanical aids
- able to repeatedly bend, twist, squat, climb, and reach using ladders when necessary
- basic math skills to identify product quantity
- able to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
- basic understanding of computer and RF scanning equipment operation
- prior experience with RF scanning equipment is a plus
- availability to work Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work
Job Duties
- Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations
- count all product and compare to manifest
- check shipments for damage
- efficiently stack and store products in appropriate areas
- sign for inbound shipments when necessary
- ensure the correct number and type of products is picked
- transport orders to shipping locations
- ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
- report quality variances as needed
- keep accurate records and reports
- ensure proper stock rotation
- maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
- support and abide by company safety programs including all initiatives, policies and procedures
- meet productivity standards while tracking key performance indicators
- identify and solve problems during daily warehouse operations
- perform all other duties as assigned by leadership
