Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred
  • ability to lift and carry objects typically 25 to 50 pounds
  • ability to push and pull carts or pallet jacks loaded with materials
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to bend, stoop, squat and reach to retrieve items
  • able to climb ladders or stairs and work at heights following safety protocols
  • proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks preferred
  • manual dexterity for handling small objects and operating machinery
  • capability to perform repetitive tasks safely
  • stamina and endurance to work in fast-paced environment
  • commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • possess stamina to stand and walk for entire shift
  • capable of lifting and moving parts up to 50 pounds and pushing and pulling 300 pounds with mechanical aids
  • able to repeatedly bend, twist, squat, climb, and reach using ladders when necessary
  • basic math skills to identify product quantity
  • able to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
  • basic understanding of computer and RF scanning equipment operation
  • prior experience with RF scanning equipment is a plus
  • availability to work Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work

Job Duties

  • Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations
  • count all product and compare to manifest
  • check shipments for damage
  • efficiently stack and store products in appropriate areas
  • sign for inbound shipments when necessary
  • ensure the correct number and type of products is picked
  • transport orders to shipping locations
  • ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
  • report quality variances as needed
  • keep accurate records and reports
  • ensure proper stock rotation
  • maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
  • support and abide by company safety programs including all initiatives, policies and procedures
  • meet productivity standards while tracking key performance indicators
  • identify and solve problems during daily warehouse operations
  • perform all other duties as assigned by leadership
