Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Ability to pass background and security checks required for airport access
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety protocols and airport security guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, or logistics roles preferred
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely and perform pre-trip inspections
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of safety and security regulations within airport environments
Job Duties
- Greet guests/vendors in a courteous and friendly manner where applicable
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the back door/receiving area and all storage areas and shelves
- Assemble and load onto vehicle 100% of all items requisitioned for delivery to specified location
- Conduct pre-trip inspection of vehicle prior to leaving dock and notify supervisor of any vehicle damage or safety issues
- Follow all security guidelines for back door receiving including checking of airport badges where applicable and all paperwork for deliveries
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations on public roads and on airport property
- Must follow all property guidelines and procedures for delivery of product to the airport and/or individual units
- After delivery load dirty equipment and bring back to commissary, unload and deliver used equipment to appropriate areas
- Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists required
- Inform the manager immediately of product shortages
- Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards, maintain clean vehicles and follow no smoking regulations in vehicles
- Return all items used during your shift to the proper place, clean and organize all work and storage areas including vehicle, empty and re-line all trash containers
- Meet with manager upon arrival to discuss shift set-up, and check out with manager before leaving to ensure duties are completed
- Other duties as assigned
