Job Duties
- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities
- follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
- notify manager about repair needs
- establish effective communication with clients and coworkers
- comply with safety and quality standards
- clean furniture, floors, walls, machines, and equipment
- move furniture and equipment to clean areas
- clean interior glass and mirrors
- wash and replace blinds
- gather and empty trash
- perform seasonal outdoor tasks like sweeping, raking, grass cutting, and snow removal
- clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas
- service and clean restrooms
