Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry up to 70 pounds by hand
- ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
- must be at least 18 years old
- must wear safety composite shoes
- ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
- if hired full-time, ability to work additional overtime hours when needed
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- prior warehouse or applicable experience including stockroom, package handling, customer service, or fast-paced work environments
- basic English language skills both verbal and written
- ability to adopt and follow safety procedures
- inclusive approach to teamwork and customer interaction
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately to meet production goals
- scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves
- select, pull, and pack bulk products
- cut cases of merchandise and stock products
- move full totes and cases onto conveyor belts
- perform general cleaning and maintenance inside and outside the facility
- ensure adherence to safety procedures
