Job Requirements
- ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- basic English language skills, both verbal and written
- ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift if full time
- ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand
- must wear safety composite shoes
- ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- prior warehouse or applicable experience including fast-food with headset use, stockroom, racking systems, customer service, package handling
- ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills
- inclusive approach to forge strong relationships and foster collaboration
- quick adoption of safety procedures and ensure safe work practices
- ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
Job Duties
- pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
- scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prepare work area for next shift
- select product, pull and pack totes, cut cases of merchandise, and stock product
- move full totes and cases onto conveyor belt while adhering to safety procedures
- perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility
- clean and sanitize restrooms, vacuum, sweep and mop floors, and clean furniture
- ensure safe work practices and embrace safety culture
