Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Two years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
  • Experience supervising front line staff
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Excel preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Indefinite right to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license
  • Safe driving record preferred
  • Flexible work hours including Mon - Fri or Sun - Thu and availability on Saturdays
  • Willingness to work full time, second shift starting at 3:00 pm and to be onsite full time
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
  • Capability to operate forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionally
  • Willingness to work off-shift and weekends with some travel required
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and housekeeping standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field
  • Two years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred with exposure to Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience supervising front line staff in a performance-driven, challenging environment
  • Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor, coach, and lead a team-based approach to decision-making
  • Must have indefinite right to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license
  • Safe driving record strongly preferred
  • Flexible work hours availability including Mon - Fri or Sun - Thu and Saturdays when necessary

Job Duties

  • Manage the receiving and delivery of raw materials and finished products in a timely manner
  • Utilize docks, warehouse layout, and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading time
  • Ensure the optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs
  • Provide timely service to sales department while minimizing warehouse and production costs
  • Develop and motivate your team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
  • Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact
  • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally
