Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must adhere to attendance policy
- Willingness to work closely with others for extended periods
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment under time pressure
- Willingness to learn computer/console operation
- Able to handle soiled materials with protective equipment
- Standing for most of the shift
- Ability to bend, squat, lift, and reach
- Physically capable of manual labor for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in warehouse or laundry operations preferred but not required
- Ability to operate industrial laundry equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic computer skills to operate work consoles
Job Duties
- Load and unload customer garments and bulk products into industrial washers and dryers
- Set wash and dry parameters based on product type
- Coordinate transfer of items between washers and dryers
- Monitor washroom equipment for proper functioning
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Meet or exceed quality and quantity standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to complete tasks
