Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- must be 18 years of age or older
- adherence to attendance policy
- willingness to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods
- ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment
- willingness to learn computer and console operation
- willingness to communicate frequently with others
- ability to handle soiled or odorous materials with protective equipment
- ability to stand most of the shift
- ability to stretch, bend, squat, stoop, turn or reach to accomplish work
- physical ability to lift or move materials for most of the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience working in a warehouse or industrial setting preferred
- ability to operate washroom equipment and industrial washers/dryers
- basic computer skills to use consoles
- strong attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving materials
Job Duties
- Load and unload customer garments and bulk products into industrial washers and dryers
- set appropriate wash and dry parameters based on product type
- coordinate transfers between washers and dryers
- monitor the proper functioning of washroom equipment
- maintain cleanliness of work area
- meet or exceed quantity and quality standards of work
- communicate frequently with team members to complete work activities
