Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Adhere to attendance policy
- Willingness to work safely around others for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment
- Willingness to learn computer/console operation
- Ability to handle soiled materials with proper protective equipment
- Ability to stand for most of the shift
- Ability to stretch, bend, squat, stoop, turn, or reach
- Physical ability to lift and move materials for most of the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warehouse or industrial laundry operations preferred
- Ability to operate washroom equipment and machinery
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Basic computer skills to operate consoles
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Safely load and unload customer garments and bulk products into industrial washers and dryers
- Set appropriate wash and dry parameters based on product type
- Coordinate transfers between washers and dryers
- Monitor the proper functioning of washroom equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work
- Communicate frequently with team members to complete work activities
