Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the US
- 18 years of age or older
- Adhere to attendance policy
- Willingness to work in close proximity to others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment
- Willingness to learn computer/console operations
- Ability to communicate frequently with others
- Willingness to handle soiled materials with protective equipment
- Physical ability to stand for most of shift
- Ability to bend, stretch, squat, stoop, turn, or reach
- Capacity to lift and move materials throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a warehouse or industrial laundry environment preferred
- Ability to operate washroom equipment and machinery
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Load and unload customer garments and bulk products into industrial washers and dryers
- Set appropriate wash and dry parameters based on product type
- Coordinate transfers between washers and dryers
- Monitor proper functioning of washroom equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Meet or exceed quantity and quality work standards
- Use computer/console to complete work activities
