Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM or until work is complete
- Willingness to work overtime as necessary
- Ability to work in cold freezer environments
- Ability to lift heavy items of 40 pounds or more
- Ability to operate or willingness to train on material handling equipment
- Must be able to follow directions and work under moderate supervision
Job Qualifications
- Must be comfortable working in extreme cold environments
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds preferred
- Prior material handling equipment experience or willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to follow directions and change priorities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with technologies like computers or point of sale systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Follow established process to fulfill orders including picking products accurately, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment
- Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed
- Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Train and certify to drive material handling equipment such as order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider
- Work in freezer conditions comfortably
- Adhere to quality guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Work overtime as necessary to ensure completion of daily tasks
