Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for an entire 8-hour or longer shift
- Must be able to work overtime
- Comfortable working at heights of 25-30 feet regularly

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Previous radio frequency scanner and/or voice to pick experience preferred
- Experience with material handling equipment preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Ability to comprehend and accurately process paperwork
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability with good multi-tasking skills
Job Duties
- Follow established process to fulfill orders including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, inputting product information into computer, and preparing orders for shipment
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects such as order picking, outbound dock, renal fluid packing, IV fluid packing, and automated storage and retrieval system
- Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment using personal protective equipment like steel-toed safety shoes and material handling harness
- Train and be certified to drive material handling equipment including order picker, pacer/counterbalance, reach truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider
- Apply knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks and readily learn new information and methods in assigned work areas
- Maintain required licenses, training, and certifications while adhering to quality guidelines and operating procedures
- Work under moderate supervision, solve routine problems, and escalate complex issues to supervisor when necessary
