Job Requirements
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for an 8-hour or longer shift
- must be able to work overtime
- comfortable working at heights of 25 to 30 feet
- ability to comprehend and accurately process paperwork
- willingness to train for operation of material handling equipment
- ability to work in a team-oriented environment with limited supervision
- good verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- previous radio frequency scanner or voice pick experience preferred
- material handling equipment experience preferred
- experience working with technology such as computers or point of sale systems a plus
- good verbal and written communication skills
- ability to follow direction and change priorities
- self-motivated team player
- flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Follow established process to fulfill orders
- accurately pick products
- perform quality control checks
- pack products
- input product information into computer
- prepare orders for shipment
- cross-train in multiple warehouse areas
- participate in projects as needed
- perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- train and be certified to drive material handling equipment
