Job Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • ability to obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card prior to employment start
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work around chemicals including acids and bases
  • willingness to wear fire retardant clothing and personal protective equipment such as steel-toe shoes, ear, eye or fall protection
  • ability to read and understand written safety procedures, work procedures, work permits, and instruction manuals

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
  • ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card prior to employment
  • experience in forklift operation, palletizing, and pulling orders preferred
  • experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, production lines, manufacturing, or oil and gas industry preferred
  • working knowledge of container sizes, weights, warehouse locations, and package lube loading
  • understanding of safe and legal loading requirements for package vans and lift truck operation

Job Duties

  • Safely load and unload bulk products into and from the terminal
  • assist in operating filling equipment
  • support blending department tasks
  • receive and inspect packaging components
  • print product container labels
  • clean up and transfer products
  • participate in scheduled inventory and overtime
  • monitor quality control and follow package-order loading requirements
  • organize, prepare, and load packaged oil, bulk oil, and grease SKUs onto trucks or rail abiding by weight and DOT regulations
  • complete proper paperwork and SAP-related responsibilities
  • unload packaged and bulk oils, greases, and additives from outside sources into inventory locations following FIFO guidelines
  • unload and inspect empty packaging components and store them properly
  • enter receipts into SAP
  • assist in rotating finished package goods and additives
  • operate industrial lift trucks safely and professionally
  • follow IATF 16949 and ISO 14000-2015 procedures and complete required trainings
  • maintain clean and orderly work areas
  • adhere to and actively support Phillips 66 VPP and SAFESTART programs
  • complete assigned training and participate in safety meetings
