- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds
- Proficiency operating pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to safety and adherence to proper warehouse procedures
- Ability to work independently and maintain strong productivity levels
- Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Duties
- Receive incoming shipments, verify product accuracy, and inspect for damage or discrepancies
- Identify and resolve inventory inaccuracies and report any damages promptly
- Stock inventory in correct warehouse locations with precision and organization
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for courier pickup, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain inventory integrity through regular cycle counts and full inventory audits
- Clean, organize, and maintain warehouse spaces to ensure safety and efficiency
- Manage spoilage and disposal processes in accordance with company guidelines
- Complete all required reports and documentation accurately and on time
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong productivity levels
- Perform additional warehouse tasks and support other operational needs as assigned
