Job Requirements
- Completion of a company-wide background check
- passing a drug screen (when applicable)
- a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (if driving is required for the role)
- ability to lift 25 lbs or more regularly
- comfortable with standing, walking, sitting, talking, and listening throughout the day
- able to load, unload, push, pull, and move equipment safely
- requires close vision for reading labels, paperwork, and digital screens
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one year or more of warehouse, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
- positive attitude with a helpful and professional demeanor
- comfortable interpreting instructions and working with various communication tools
- basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
- strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- capable of performing basic math calculations
- organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Job Duties
- Fill and prepare high-pressure oxygen tanks for delivery to healthcare locations
- operate and maintain filling equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance
- complete production and delivery documentation accurately and legibly
- follow all safety protocols and participate in hazardous materials handling training
- identify and report equipment hazards or safety concerns
- maintain a clean and compliant work area in accordance with company, city, and state regulations
- learn and develop technical knowledge of respiratory products and durable medical equipment (DME/HME)
- support quality improvement initiatives and meet JCAHO standards
- process orders and maintain inventory accuracy
