Job Requirements

- Ability to operate forklift when needed
- Willingness to work night shift on 2-2-3 rotation
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Regular and predictable attendance

Job Duties
- Check trucks in and out using WMS
- Ensure quality and efficiency of trailer loading and unloading
- Operate forklift and work with LGV systems
- Receive all inbound orders including spring water and supplies
- Rebuild damaged pallets prior to restocking
- Process return merchandise authorizations
- Maximize finished goods storage capabilities
- Identify and report quality issues
- Validate new SKUs in WMS
- Correct LGV alarms and monitor loads
- Unload finished goods and raw material deliveries
- Maintain pallet storage and stage pallets for LGV pick-up
- Address product spills and manually pull pallets from production
- Supply production with non-inventory items
- Air bag loads and clear blocked WMS locations
- Facilitate communication between logistics, production, and sales
- Test and monitor resin and spring water
- Coordinate preload activities and inspect trailers
- Provide loading documents and truck seals
- Maintain records for shipping and inventory control
- Participate in process improvement and cost reduction
- Keep warehouse clean, orderly, and safe
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Use proper phone etiquette and communicate loading instructions
- Coordinate shipment flow with transportation and scheduling
