Job Requirements

- ability to work night shift including Sunday through Thursday rotation schedule

Job Duties
- Receive inbound orders into WMS including spring water, resin, corrugated materials, film, labels, UPS and Federal Express deliveries, and water transfer as needed
- Rebuild damaged pallets prior to restock
- Process RMAs
- Consolidate finished goods storage for maximum capacity
- Identify, report and observe quality issues with finished goods and RMS
- Validate new SKUs in WMS for proper LGV storage and handling
- Correct LGV alarms
- Monitor outbound loads
- Unload finished goods and raw materials using forklifts
- Maintain pallet storage area and stage pallets for LGVs
- Correct product spills
- Manually pull pallets from production as needed
- Supply production with non-inventory items such as glue, bags, and labels
- Air bag loads
- Clear blocked locations in WMS
- Operate forklift as needed
- Facilitate flow of information between logistics, production and sales
- Test and monitor resin and spring water quality
- Coordinate preload activities including trailer inspections
- Check in trucks and communicate loading instructions to forklift drivers
- Provide loading documents, bills of lading, and truck seals
- Maintain records and reports for daily shipping and inventory control
- Participate in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Maintain a clean, orderly and safe warehouse
- Ensure regular and predictable attendance
- Use proper phone etiquette for communication
- Coordinate with transportation and production scheduling to ensure on-time shipments
