Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- comfortable working in a warehouse setting with varying conditions
- ability to perform repetitive manual tasks safely and efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse, production, or general labor environment preferred
- strong organizational and time management skills, including reliable attendance
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- willingness to take on a variety of tasks in a growing business environment
- no power tools required, manual handling only
Job Duties
- Pick and sort items for processing
- grade products by category (electronics, toys, soft goods, etc.)
- catalog and prep items for shipping
- assist with general labor tasks including sweeping floors, removing trash, and organizing work areas
- help set up shop areas and maintain a clean, safe environment
- support other warehouse team members as needed
- follow all safety guidelines and report any concerns immediately
