Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, dispatch, or logistics coordination (final mile preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, filters, pivot tables, and data entry accuracy required)
- Knowledge of final mile systems such as Grasshopper, DispatchTrack, or similar software
- Understanding of big & bulky furniture or appliance delivery processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Receive, inspect, and stage big & bulky furniture and appliances for delivery
- Perform inbound and outbound scanning using warehouse systems
- Ensure all pieces are properly labeled, wrapped, and damage-free before loading
- Oversee daily loading/unloading processes to ensure routes are prepped correctly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Plan, assign, and monitor routes for final mile delivery teams
- Coordinate directly with contractors, dispatchers, and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues
- Track and update delivery statuses, returns, and exceptions in real time
- Assist with route optimization and capacity planning for peak efficiency
- Support scheduling of inbound linehaul, LTL, or local transfers
- Use Excel to track daily delivery volume, inventory counts, route performance, and contractor pay summaries
- Maintain warehouse logs, manifests, and shipment reports
- Reconcile discrepancies between warehouse counts and system data
- Generate reports on productivity, damages, and KPI metrics
- Assist management with data analysis and cost tracking to improve profitability
