Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Reside in the United States or have an established presence in Greenwood, IN
- Willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Adept at using computers and warehouse management system (WMS) technology
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Pick material or finished goods from the warehouse according to production orders
- Load and unload goods while verifying quantities and packaging integrity
- Handle incoming inspection activities (GRI) and non-conformity reporting to source
- Control inventory levels and conduct cycle counts for accuracy
- Organize stock efficiently and manage the flow of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Execute production tasks in alignment with ALPS standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
