Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly or 100 pounds with a partner
- Must pass drug screening
- Authorization to work for any employer in the US
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Willingness to comply with safety standards
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Previous warehousing experience preferred
- Forklift operator certification preferred
- Physically able and willing to move furniture, ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly or 100 pounds with a partner
- Able to operate equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and stand-up reach trucks
- Must pass drug screening (does not include THC) as a condition of employment
Job Duties
- Load and unload trucks for daily routes, ensuring no scratches or damage and correct item placement
- Pull and stage furniture for the next day's deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Clean, touch up, and repair furniture to ensure it is rental-ready
- Maintain and clean the warehouse, including breaking down cardboard and dumping trash
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy, relocating products as needed
- Participate in safety meetings, perform daily warm-ups, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assist drivers on deliveries when needed
- Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned
