Job Duties
- Receive, prepare, put away, pick, sort, pack and ship merchandise in a safe, productive and accurate manner
- Key accurately and productively using PCs, hand-held computers, radio frequency equipment or other such devices
- Learn area-specific functions within multiple systems (warehouse systems and proprietary systems)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts and other equipment as needed
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and People Leaders
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships and ensures authentic connections
