Job Requirements
- Valid state issued driver’s license
- motor vehicle record check prior to employment
- physical screening and obtain DOT medical card
- pre-employment drug screening
- maintain all DOT and driving certifications
- able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs unassisted regularly
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferably in warehouse
- good communication skills
- ability to read invoices and use computer terminals
- ability to use hand trucks and small power tools
- forklift certification required at some locations
- must be 21 years or older
- subject to random and post-accident drug screening
- available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and busy retail periods
- complete pre-employment background check and sign nondisclosure agreement
Job Qualifications
- Valid state issued driver’s license
- ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs unassisted regularly
- 1-3 years work experience preferably in a warehouse environment
- good communication skills
- ability to read invoices and use computer terminals
- familiarity with hand trucks, assemblies, and small power tools
- forklift certification preferred
- must be 21 years or older
- ability to complete a DOT physical and obtain a medical card
- ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- ability to comply with random and post-accident drug screenings
- capable of working flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- able to complete background check and sign nondisclosure agreement
- CDL preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service and experience
- act as the brand ambassador during deliveries
- provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service
- bring solutions including furniture assembly or repairs
- develop and maintain product knowledge
- drive large box trucks safely
- maintain a timely delivery schedule
- inspect delivery vehicles
- maintain delivery logs and comply with DOT regulations
- guarantee safe transport and delivery
- safely load and unload merchandise
- assemble furniture and prepare merchandise
- review invoices and maintain inventory
- remove packaging and debris
- assist with showroom changes and maintain displays
- greet clients and answer phones
- drive long distances including occasional overnight stays
- perform assigned duties and special projects
- locate, pick, load, and unload merchandise
- perform light assembly and tagging
- maintain accurate inventory
- assist with showroom maintenance and cleanliness
- perform duties as a driver or warehouse associate as required
