Job Requirements

  • authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship
  • high school education or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant warehouse experience
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work onsite 100 percent
  • good judgment and initiative
  • effective English communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school graduate or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in warehouse or distribution environment
  • preferred SAP experience
  • preferred experience in aircraft parts warehouse or distribution
  • forklift certification or ability to obtain
  • hazmat certification or ability to obtain
  • proficiency in English
  • familiarity with warehouse management systems and MS Office
  • ability to use scanners and email for communication

Job Duties

  • Unload and load supplies and material from vehicles as required
  • perform inventory stock check functions
  • perform inventory control functions in warehouse management systems
  • inspect shipments and issue quality-related paperwork
  • perform stock control including product stocking, cycle counts, and order retrieval
  • pack goods per ATA 300 and hazardous shipment regulations
  • comply with export compliance and prepare freight for pickup
  • process scrap material
  • perform supply stock audits
  • support process improvements focusing on customer requirements and efficiency
  • handle exceptions and report non-conformities
  • assist with KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
  • interact professionally with various departments
  • suggest procedure enhancements
  • work shifts or extended hours as needed
  • support other duties as assigned
