Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred
- Able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs unassisted regularly
- Valid state issued driver’s license
- Able to obtain and maintain forklift certification
- Ability to read and understand work orders and shipping paperwork
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must submit to pre-employment drug screening, physical screening, background check and be subject to random and post-accident drug screening
- Comfortable standing, lifting, bending and twisting consistently
- Comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- 1-3 years successful work experience preferably in a warehouse environment
- Excellent customer service, team, and communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and reliability
- Able to read and understand work orders, shipping and receiving paperwork
- Able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs unassisted on a regular basis
- Able to obtain and maintain forklift training and certification as necessary
- Experience operating pallet jacks, hand tools, 4-wheelers, hand trucks and other equipment
- Basic math, computer, and POS skills with high degree of accuracy
- Valid state issued driver’s license
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Create a best-in-class customer experience for every customer, every time
- Obtain and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products while storing, moving, and assembling merchandise
- Transport, locate, load and unload merchandise into customers’ cars, delivery trucks and within the warehouse safely
- Use a computer terminal to look up customer and merchandise information
- Match product to invoice, packing slip or bill of landing accurately and ensure orders have been paid in full
- Handle and assemble merchandise with care to prevent damage
- Assist with showroom changes, tagging merchandise and help maintain displays and cleanliness in showroom and backroom
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance within the working environment and with equipment
- Follow all company safety and accident procedures while operating company vehicles or equipment
- Consistently observe safe lifting methods
- Occasionally travel to customer locations to perform delivery, assembly and/or repair
- Perform other duties as directed
