Job Requirements
- One year experience working in food service environment
- High school diploma preferred
- Verbal and written communication is essential
- Able to read, speak, and understand English
- Basic mathematical skills
- Food handler permit as required by law
- Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long period of time

Job Duties
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the back door receiving area and all storage areas daily
- Clean, organize, and maintain dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas and shelves
- Handle, store, and rotate all products properly
- Follow all security guidelines for back door receiving including checking airport badges and paperwork
- Responsible for proper check-in of all products including inspecting packages, product temperatures, and dates
- Match delivered products to invoices including specifications and quantities
- Follow all property guidelines and procedures for delivery of product to individual restaurants
- Maintain vendor relations and manage product rejection or return to vendors
- Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required
- Perform general and specific cleaning tasks to adhere to health standards
