Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 2 years forklift experience
- Valid non-CDL driver's license
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks
- Ability to drive straight/box trucks
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Strong attendance and dependability

- ERP system knowledge preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
- Strong mathematical skills including unit conversions
Job Duties
- Load, unload, move, count/pick, stack and stage product using forklift
- Unload and verify quantities, specifications and quality of orders
- Receive goods into ERP system using scan gun or computer
- Pick multi-product and batch managed orders adhering to FIFO and customer requirements
- Build shipment pallets and load dock level trucks
- Stock pallet racks with inventory and verify counts
- Transfer pallets to proper location using scan gun or computer
- Pick raw materials for production and stage as required
- Assist in cycle counting inventory and verifying quantities
- Drive straight/box truck between facilities
- Follow GMPs, HACCP training, SOPs and SSOPs
- Adhere to company and OSHA safety rules and guidelines
- Perform additional duties as necessary
